On the red carpet of the Kennedy Center Honors, Gene Simmons was asked whether KISS would reunite to play Turning Point USA’s “All-American Halftime Show,” a right-wing counter-program to the actual Super Bowl Halftime Show featuring Bad Bunny.

Of course, the KISS legend answered the same way he would to any proposed gig: “How much?” When the interviewer suggested that it’s “negotiable,” Simmons responded, “Says who?” Pressed for a number, the Rock & Roll Hall of Famer said, “It’s far more than you’ll ever be able to afford in your entire lifetime.”

KISS were among those feted by Donald Trump at the Kennedy Center Honors on Sunday night, joining fellow honorees Sylvester Stallone, Gloria Gaynor, and others.
