CHEYENNE – The site of the former Outlaw Saloon is set to become a south side community center following a foreclosure auction Monday morning.

The Maury and Bonnie Brown Foundation will pay $1.65 million for the land, which will be combined with adjacent property as the site of the new community amenity.

Following a notice of foreclosure due to the business having $1.7 million in debt, the property was sold to the foundation at a sheriff’s auction Monday in the Laramie County Courthouse.

Located at 312 South Greeley Highway, Outlaw Saloon has been in operation for almost 25 years, with a change of ownership to Curtis Crowton and his Bullseye Operations LLC in 2019.
