FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - The weather the past couple of days has been what I would call “refreshingly consistent,” even if the consistency has resulted in an unseasonable amount of cold and snow. This week, however, will be a little less straightforward!
A weak system will pass through Tuesday morning (4-7 am) which could drop a few snow showers to areas north of Fort Wayne (perhaps even within the city itself), though amounts are likely to be less than half an inch. Temperatures will warm above freezing by midday and stay in the mid 30s through the overnight hours into early Wednesday morning thanks to an advancing warm front, starting around sunset.
