Liverpool City Council is set to approve plans that would kickstart large-scale, housing-led regeneration in Vauxhall and West Everton, marking one of the first significant steps in the development of the new Liverpool North New Town.

The proposals, centred on sites at Vescock Street/Limekiln Lane and the wider Greatie Market/Scotland Road Regeneration Programme, are said to aim to deliver a substantial newbuild housing scheme, bringing much-needed homes and broader placemaking improvements to the area.
