Mike Farrar is co-owner and president of Invictus Construction, a company committed to building with excellence and integrity. With more than two decades of experience in large-scale commercial construction and development, from co-generation power plants to higher education campuses, Mike has led design-build teams, coordinated with municipalities, and ensured project success. He later served as Director of Construction & Development for a major hospitality brand, overseeing projects across the United States, the Bahamas, and Aruba.
