The first ever “Rock St. Jude Radiothon,” held by WIRX Radio last week, has been a resounding success.

WIRX took the reins from Y Country this year for the event to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Director of Content Kristen Havens, known on the air as Kiki with Brock and Kiki in the afternoons, tells us listeners came forward to support St. Jude in a big way.

“ We raised $20 ,124 for the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which is incredible, especially for our first year taking the reins of this Radiothon,” Havens said.
