MERCER COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) — The man charged in connection with the death of Tony Whitlow is now in custody after voluntarily surrendering to law enforcement, according to Mercer County Prosecuting Attorney Brian K. Cochran.
Chad Noel, 35, of Virginia, turned himself in to the West Virginia State Police earlier today. “Mr. Noel presented himself to the West Virginia State Police earlier today,” Cochran confirmed. “He will appear before the court and answer the felony charge pending against him.”
