The U.S. Postal Service has released its recommended 2025 shipping deadlines , and officials say the earlier you send, the better.

When are Christmas shipping deadlines in Georgia?

For delivery before December 25, here are the recommended deadlines for the contiguous U.S., which include all of Georgia:

USPS Ground Advantage: Dec. 17

First-Class Mail: Dec. 17

Priority Mail: Dec. 18

Priority Mail Express: Dec. 20

These dates do not apply to Alaska or Hawaii.
