Thiruvananthapuram : Raising her protest against the support pouring in for actor Dileep post the sessions court verdict acquitting him, veteran voice artist Bhagyalakshmi resigns from FEFKA (Film Employees Federation of Kerala).

Bhagyalakshmi harshly criticized the various cinema bodies stating that they treated the sessions court verdict as final before the possibility of appealing in the higher courts or Supreme Court.

“Reinstating Dileep based on the sessions court judgement without considering the possibility of appeals in the high court and the apex court is highly condemnable and is deeply troubling for all of us”, said Bhagyalakshmi while speaking to a regional Malayalam media.
