In launching public consultations for a new safe consumption site location, Wab Kinew’s NDP government couldn’t have gotten off to a worse start. Prairie Research Associates sent out invitations by email on Friday morning to a selected audience, telling them the only in-person session would be held Tuesday night at Siloam Mission — in other words, a rush job — with limited seating and no guarantee of entry.
