Beli users have voted, and the world’s top rated new bar is an intimate cocktail lounge nestled in Boston ’s North End.

Extra Dirty Cocktail Club was crowned the world’s top rated new bar in 2025, Beli shared via an Instagram post on Thursday, Dec. 4.

“Beli’s 2025 was the biggest year yet, with over 50 million rankings worldwide,” the popular restaurant review and ranking app wrote in the post’s caption.

The app works by letting users log places they’ve been or want to try in their city. It also is used for getting trust-based recommendations from friends and building one’s own personalized restaurant history.
