Burger King has revealed Liverpool and Bootle as national standouts as part of the brand’s BK Unwrapped 2025 report. The report revealed the UK’s ordering habits and people’s most craved-for menu items at various milestones over the past year.

According to Burger King’s data, Liverpool has officially been crowned the UK’s hamburger capital, ordering more hamburgers than any other region in the country. Bootle also made the list of places that topped the charts per menu item, with the town’s love for the BBQ Double revealed.

The report also revealed how cultural moments shaped Britain’s eating habits in 2025 from football wins and festival season to exam results and New Year’s Day.
