ENGLAND, Ark. — The England Police Department has arrested a suspect after responding to reports of a possible shooting at a residence located on SE 6th Street.

Upon arrival, officers spoke with witnesses and requested assistance from the Arkansas State Police SWAT Team and Arkansas State Police Crisis Negotiators.

At 8:30 a.m., the suspect, identified as Kylan Rogers of England, surrendered without incident and was taken into custody.
