The suspected gunman in the shooting of Jets cornerback Kris Boyd was charged with attempted murder Tuesday, cops said.

Frederick Green, 20, was picked up in Buffalo Monday after cops tracked his vehicle, a gray Mercedes that is registered to his girlfriend, law enforcement sources said.

Green also faces charges of assault and criminal possession of a weapon in the pre-dawn Nov. 16 violence that left 29-year-old Boyd shot in the stomach outside Asian fusion restaurant Sei Less on West 38th Street near Seventh Avenue, cops said.

Boyd was out on the town with Gang Green linebacker Jamien Sherwood, wide receiver Irvin Charles and a pal from Texas when a group began to “chirp” at his crew about their fancy duds outside the hotspot, NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny previously said
