New data from the CDC has listed the norovirus outbreaks in all 50 states and Washington, D.C., and ranked them in terms of vulnerability.

The numbers, broken down by Trace One, show the outbreaks aren’t evenly distributed across the country.

The upper Midwest ranks high with a disproportionate share of reported outbreaks over the last ten years. The Top Ten states included Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Ohio and Michigan. Indiana faired a bit better, in 20th place.

The Hoosier State accounted for about one and a half percent of the total number of outbreaks.
