EXCLUSIVE: Ian Quinlan ( Blue Bloods , Jupiter’s Legacy ) has joined the recurring cast of the CBS police procedural Sheriff Country ‘s first season. He will make his debut in the mid-season finale (Episode 109), airing on December 19.
