A former Penn Christian Academy teacher is accused of sexually assaulting two boys while he previously worked as a teacher at the Highlands School District, according to police.
Sean M. Dicer, 53, of Brackenridge, was charged by the Allegheny County Police Department on Thursday, Dec. 4 with sexually assaulting the boys, now 16 years old, beginning when they were 11 or 12 years of age.
Police said they received a ChildLine report related to the experience one of the children on Nov. 7. When interviewed on Nov. 10 and Nov. 12, the boys recounted being sexually assaulted by Dicer several years ago.
The investigation does not involve any Penn Christian Academy students or school activities, said head of school Wendi Caldwell on behalf of academy leadership. The assault occurred when Dicer
