Award season is upon us in college football, and the Southeastern Conference released its All-SEC team Tuesday afternoon that featured four Auburn football players.
Linebacker Xavier Atkins was named to the first team, as running back Jeremiah Cobb and defensive linemen Keldric Faulk and Keyron Crawford were listed on the third team.
Atkins is Auburn’s first first Team All-SEC linebacker since Deshaun Davis in 2018. He was ranked as Pro Football Focus’ highest graded linebacker in the country after grading out at a 91.7 and finished the season leading the Tigers with 84 tackles, an SEC-best 17 tackles for loss and nine sacks.
