Today marks the 60th anniversary of A Charlie Brown Christmas. It aired on CBS December 9 1965 and has since become a beloved classic. The TV special deals with Charlie Brown trying to find the true meaning of Christmas. The success led to other Peanuts specials. It used to air annually on TV but became an Apple+ exclusive in 2020.
