LANCASTER COUNTY, S.C. — WCNC Charlotte has chosen to use this mugshot because of the nature of the alleged crimes.

The Lancaster County Sheriff's Office says a man is facing a handful of criminal charges after receiving a report about his alleged behavior with a 15-year-old girl.

Deputies said they received the report about 39-year-old Dusty Lewis Faile in early October 2025, claiming he gave the girl weed and a tattoo, along with inappropriately touching her at his home on Camp Creek Road. The Special Victims' Unit took up the case, and the sheriff's office moved to execute a search warrant on Dec. 5, 2025.
