TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - Two protesters have been charged following the federal immigration raid that happened at Taco Giro, an Arizona restaurant chain, last week.

Sheryl Rowe was charged with one felony count of Assault on a Federal Officer, and Ryan Seal faces a charge of Class A Misdemeanor Destruction of Government Property, according to a press release.

On Dec. 5, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) served search warrants at multiple Taco Giro locations in Southern Arizona, including the restaurant located near St. Mary's Road and Grande Avenue.

Rowe is accused of intentionally and forcibly assaulting an HSI special agent. Seal is accused of damaging the taillight of an HSI Special Response Team (SRT) vehicle.
