TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - Two people are facing charges in connection with the protest outside of a Taco Giro location during the federal raids on Friday, Dec. 5.
On Tuesday, Dec. 9, Ryan Michael Seal was in court for his initial appearance after being accused of damaging a federal vehicle.

He originally appeared in federal court on Monday, but after confusion regarding the wrongful dismissal of the case, he appeared again on Tuesday.
