CRIMINAL ENTRY
2700 BLOCK ECHETA ROAD: Police are looking for a suspect who allegedly entered a home, stole some items and ate some food without cleaning up afterwards. Officers met with a 63-year-old woman and a 38-year-old man Monday afternoon who said an unknown person had entered their home while they were away on vacation, Police Capt. Eric Vos said. Arriving back home that day after a weeklong getaway, the pair found multiple doors inside the home open, as well as one door that leads outside. An AC unit had been removed from a window, and a bag was missing from the 38-year-old’s room which contained a key to his gun safe.
