The 48-year-old icon is set to compete in his final match on December 13, when he faces Gunther at WWE’s Saturday Night’s Main Event.

The bout will mark the end of a two-decade career that began in 2002 and produced some of the most memorable matches, rivalries and moments in WWE history.

Gunther earned the right to face Cena by defeating LA Knight in the final of The Last Time Is Now tournament on SmackDown, setting the stage for a historic farewell.

But while Cena’s days as an active competitor are ending, his future with WWE is fully secured.
