The man accused of intentionally hitting and killing Hamilton County deputy Larry Henderson is expected to change his plea from not guilty to not guilty by reason of insanity.

Investigators say Hinton ran Henderson down in a car while Henderson was directing traffic outside the University of Cincinnati's graduation in May.
