ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. —

Authorities in Anderson County, South Carolina, are searching for a suspect who has 11 outstanding arrest warrants.

The Anderson County Sheriff's Office said its fugitive investigations unit, SWAT, K-9 units and negotiators responded to a home on Brown Road in Starr on Tuesday night for a warrant service.

Deputies said they received information that the suspect, who has 11 outstanding warrants for weapons and drug charges, was possibly inside the house.

According to officials, the home has been cleared and a search remains ongoing.

Authorities said there is no threat to the community. No other details have been released at this time.
