A chef hired by King Charles has delivered a brutally honest verdict of Meghan Markle's culinary efforts after she prepared a particular dish on her Netflix series. In a recent episode of the Talking Royals podcast (December 5), host Charlene White — also known for her role as a panellist on ITV’s Loose Women — was joined by world-renowned Italian chef Francesco Mazzei for a chat.

A champion of southern Italian cuisine, Francesco has worked in restaurants around the world and, earlier this year, had the honour of cooking for King Charles and Queen Camilla at the royal residence of Highgrove.
