Jenny Lee understands that what she has done in winning the PGA of Southern California Women’s Section player of the year is significant.

“It’s such an honor, especially considering how strong our section is, Southern California,” said Lee, in her first season as an assistant pro at the Hideaway Golf Club in La Quinta. “There are some serious competitors here. We have a couple of players who play in the KPGA (Women’s PGA Championship).”
