HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A former Tripler Army Medical Center doctor has been criminally charged with secretly recording patients during medical examinations.
Gynecologist Dr. Blaine McGraw, 47, is charged with indecent visual recording along with other offenses, including conduct unbecoming of an officer, willful disobedience of a superior officer, and making a false statement.
McGraw allegedly recorded dozens of his patients over the last year during their medical exams at an army hospital in Fort Hood, Texas.
He’s also accused of inappropriate touching and performing unnecessary procedures.
McGraw is now locked up in a Texas county jail.
Investigation began in October
McGraw had been under investigation since October, when a patient complained to officials at Fort Hood.
