Saurabh Luthra and Gaurav Luthra, the two owners of the Goa nightclub where a devastating fire claimed 25 lives on Saturday, have filed an anticipatory bail application in a Delhi court.
The Sessions Court in Rohini is likely to hear the matter on Wednesday, a lawyer from their legal team has confirmed.
The duo flew to Phuket in Thailand hours after the fire incident at their 'Birch by Romeo Lane' nightclub, and an Interpol Blue Corner Notice has been issued against them.
Their immigration records show they departed on an IndiGo flight 6E 1073 at 5.30 am on Sunday. They were also spotted at Phuket airport, if photos circulating on social media are to be believed.
