Mangaluru, Dec 10: St Joseph Engineering College (SJEC), Mangaluru, in association with the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Mangaluru, government of Karnataka and the Pilikula Regional Science Centre (PRSC), successfully inaugurated the 'Five-day Workshop on AI for Teachers' for government primary and high school head masters of Dakshina Kannada district on December 8 at Prerana Hall, Academic Block III, SJEC.

The inauguration began with an invocation, followed by a welcome address delivered by Dr Hareesh B, head of the department of MCA, SJEC, who shared the vision and objectives of the workshop. This was followed by lighting of the lamp, symbolising knowledge and enlightenment.
