The Ilitch organization has picked a developer to rehab and reopen a vacant apartment complex in Detroit's Cass Corridor.

Officials with Olympia Development of Michigan announced on Tuesday night, Dec. 9, that they have chosen Woodborn Partners, a Detroit-based and Black-owned firm, to restore the former Woodstock Apartments at 475 Peterboro, across from the Detroit Shipping Company.
