Brian Walshe said the last time he saw his wife, Ana Walshe , was in the early hours of Jan. 1, 2023.

Now, nearly three years later, Brian is on trial, accused of murdering Ana and dismembering her body. He pleaded not guilty to killing her, but in November 2025, he admitted to dismembering her body and disposing of it in dumpsters.

Brian claims he didn't kill Ana, and instead, that he was caught in the middle of an unexpected situation that would be difficult to explain.
