As part of a coalition of 53 attorneys general, Oregon Attorney General Dan Rayfield secured a $700 million settlement from Google. Most of this will be distributed to people who made purchases on the Google Play Store and were harmed by Google’s anticompetitive conduct, if the Court approves it.
