GRESHAM, Ore. — Surveillance footage of a fatal shooting at an Arco gas station in Gresham at 1 a.m. on Sunday has led to the arrest of two brothers who were arraigned on Monday for second-degree murder.

The East County Major Crimes Team led the investigation resulting in the arrest of Ricardo Perez-Magdaleno (27), and his brother, Alejandro Perez-Magadaleno (23), for the murder of LaQuincy Fletcher (48).

Court documents reveal that officers from the Gresham Police Department responded to a call about a shooting at the gas station at 57 West Powell Boulevard.

On their arrival, officers found Fletcher lying dead on the ground with what appeared to be a single bullet wound to the head. The suspects had fled the scene.
