NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio -- For the third consecutive year, North Olmsted Rec Center Fitness & Marketing Supervisor Kerrie Riolo is giving back to the community.

“I started because Fox 8 always had the Giving Tree,” she said. “So (Rec Commissioner Betsy Drenski) and I talked about doing something for the school system.

“In December, we do donations for the North Olmsted City Schools, just to provide items to children from kindergarten to 12th grade who are in need.”

There are a variety of items currently needed for donation.

This includes personal care products such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes (adult and kids), feminine products and both male/female razors.
