Dec 10 (Reuters) – A federal ‍judge on Wednesday blocked U.S. ‌President Donald ‌Trump’s deployment of the National Guard in Los Angeles ‍and ordered the troops ‍returned to the control of the ‍state’s governor, a court ‍filing ‍showed.
