What new batch of NCHSAA state football champions are set to assume their place at the table?

The 2025 NCHSAA football state championships are set for Dec. 11-13 at sites in Chapel Hill, Durham and Hickory. It will be the first occasion in which the state athletic governing body will award titles in eight classifications.

Kenan Stadium on the University of North Carolina campus in Chapel Hill will host the 1A and 8A title games Thursday, as well as the 6A and 7A finals the following evening.

Four games are set for Saturday. Lenoir-Rhyne’s Moretz Stadium will stage the 2A and 4A championship games, while the 3A and 5A finals are set for Durham County Memorial Stadium. Watch high school sports on NFHS Network
