According to a report Complex published on Monday, December 8, the "GUMMO" rapper, born Daniel Hernandez, was sentenced to three months in prison. Once he wraps up his bid, Hernandez will have to complete one year of supervised release. As part of his release, the New York native will be forced to participate in an outpatient drug treatment program along with a mental health course that will focus on anger management. He will report to the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn on January 6, 2026.
