MAYS LANDING — The former lead investigator in the alleged abuse case against Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small Sr. testified Wednesday that she interviewed his daughter shortly after her boyfriend presented audio recordings to the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office, and that the girl confirmed she had images on her phone that supported what was heard in the clips.
