CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Charlottesville’s chief of police will help guide the transition from the Youngkin administration to the Spanberger administration.

On Wednesday, Governor-elect Abigail Spanberger appointed Charlottesville Police Chief Michael Kochis to her transition committee on Public Safety and Homeland Security Policy.
