A Montgomery man has pleaded guilty to fatally stabbing a Georgia man who was dating his mother, prosecutors say.
Detrayreon White Jr. entered the guilty plea to murder charges, said District Attorney Azzie Oliver.
“This was a tragic case," Oliver said. “While no outcome can undo the harm caused, this plea ensures accountability and spares the victim’s and defendant’s families the additional trauma of a lengthy trial. Our office remains committed to pursuing justice with integrity and respect for the community we serve.”
