ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A man is recovering after he was stabbed during a road rage incident in Gwinnett County last month.
According to police, officers found the victim with a wound to his chest on Nov. 13.
During the encounter along I-85, the suspect, identified as Yoandry Rincon, got out of his van and confronted the victim at his driver’s window. Rincon then pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim, according to police.
The victim told police he was able to get a bat from inside his vehicle, which led Rincon to go back to his van.
He was taken to the hospital to be treated for his injuries, but has since been released, according to police.
Rincon was found and interviewed by detectives before being arrested and charged with aggravated assault. He was booked in the Gw
