LANSING — The city tagged as unsafe an office building on the westside that houses a medical clinic and pharmacy after water flooded two floors and leaked into electrical boxes.

The multi-story building, at 1100 West Saginaw St. at the intersection with Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, houses the nonprofit Care Free Medical, the Holt Pharmacy and other offices.
