MISHAWAKA, Ind. (WNDU) - Marian High School head football coach Mike Davidson has resigned after eight seasons leading the Knights.
The school says Davidson coached at Marian for a total of 16 years. During his eight seasons at the helm, Marian went 58-39.
During his tenure, Davidson led the Knights to four Northern Indiana Conference championships, four sectional championships and three regional titles. He was named the NIC Coach of the Year in 2019 and 2020.
“Coach Davidson has been an integral part of our athletic program,” said Marian Athletic Director Steve Ravotto in a news release. “He has had a positive impact on our student athletes by developing them into leaders on and off the field. He is a Marian alumnus and very invested in Marian’s mission of learn, serve, lead.”
