MANCHESTER, N.H. —

Snowfall and a wintry mix were making for slippery conditions on the roads Wednesday evening in parts of New Hampshire.

Snow was collecting on roads in northern parts of the state while a wintry mix with the possibility of freezing rain was falling north of Manchester.

Snow began falling north of Concord on Wednesday afternoon and was affecting the evening commute.

The precipitation should end around midnight, but with temperatures dropping below 32 degrees overnight, some untreated surfaces could be slippery by morning.
