LA VALLE, Wis. (WKOW) — Citizens in La Valle, a rural Wisconsin village in Sauk County, now have easier access to health care with the opening of a new medical clinic on Wednesday.

The new RAMC La Valle Clinic is now open right off State Highways 33 and 58. For families who had limited options for basic care, this new rural healthcare facility brings essential services much closer to home.

Before this new clinic opened, the closest medical center was 10 miles away in Reedsburg.

Bob Van Meeteren, president and CEO of both the Reedsburg Area Medical Center and this new center, explained why this new clinic is so important to the community.
