No. 20 Louisville women's basketball has one more game to prepare for another ranked opponent.

The Cardinals (8-3) will face Ball State (8-2) tonight before jumping back into ACC action with a road game against No. 11 North Carolina on Sunday. Ball State hasn't played in Louisville since 2014. UofL seems to have hit a stride and, despite a last-second loss to third-ranked South Carolina , found a strategy that will bode well for the team once conference play is in full swing next month.

Ball State is one of Louisville's three final nonconference games, a slate that includes a home game against Eastern Kentucky next Wednesday and No. 18 Tennessee in the Women's Champions Classic on Dec. 20 in Brooklyn, New York.
