Content creator and fitness coach Rhythm Vij recently challenged Milind Soman to a fun push-up competition. “We count together,” Soman shared in a video on Vij’s Instagram, showing both of them doing effortless push-ups with claps. “I honestly didn’t expect this! @milindrunning,” wrote Vij, who lost out after 23 pushups, and was shocked to know that Soman is 60.
“A 60-year-old man beat me,” shared an amused Vij.
