In order to set up a cable landing station in Khambhat region of Gujarat , a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Gujarat government and Henox IT and Data Centre

The MoU was exchanged between GIFT City Company ltd — a State government undertaking — and Henox IT and Data Centre at a regional conference for AI held at Gandhinagar. The MoU supports a cable landing station at Khambhat. “This will make Gujarat a preferred destination for hyperscale and enterprise data centres. Gujarat will also become an important gateway for global data traffic,” said Gujarat chief minister Bhupendra Patel while addressing the conference after the MoU exchange.
